Sometimes the multipliers are scrambled on some cpus. But not usually the 3x/3.5x multi.

Is fsb set to 66 mhz?

Sometimes bioses just false detect. My tyan s1564d always seems to think my 400 mhz k6-3+ is a 366. Jan says he can patch it. Waiting for him to get around to it 😀

It may be possible to use a bios from a different board. The people over at ultimate retro are good at suggesting ones to try.
