This unit is sealed and many models do not have a reset pin. It depends on the specific DALLAS RTC model.

There are jumpers near the Dallas RTC , but the img is to blurry to be able to read the description .

You can find the jumper settings under download. I am guessing you want to try to short pin 2-3 on JP2 to disable the password.
If that doesn't work you need to flash a new bios, but try the jumpers first.
