Hi,

Was using 3100 when it stopped working. Tried reset but nothing happened.

So, thought maybe a battery went dead.

Was really difficult to get the 3rd AA battery out. Had to knock on the end of the palmtop to try and get battery close to the opening to get it out.

Replaced batteries and it come on. Screen was a bit weird at first.

Did the diagnostic tests and all seemed OK.

Decided to go through the setup configuration process again and make sure that it was all setup correctly. See photo.

Seemed to go OK, but when it finished and rebooted I got a a strange message on screen. See photo.

Tried reset again, but still get same error message?

I don't want to mess up the palmtop further. How can I get rid of the error and if needed, redo the config process again?
