as per title, this is what i have noticed with my etherexpress 100b card. verified this with pci.exe, after rebooting to DOS from win98 it will say "bus access disabled" and show no IRQ. otherwise, when booting straight to windows or DOS everything works fine. is this known behavior for these cards, and is there perhaps some workaround to re-initialize the card in DOS?
