Hello,
I bought a 486 computer which AT motherboard does not have USB and PS/2 mouse, only serial.
I have PS/2 keyboard adapter but I have no serial mouse.
I found a "Pc Ps2 To 2 Port 2 USB 2.0 Pc Card For PC Keyboard Mouse Combo Adapter Card" on aliexpress which has ps/2 keyboard, ps/2 mouse and 2 usb. It seems to have a NEC chip.
Will it work on Windows? Not needed on DOS.

These are PCI USB controllers with an active PS/2 to USB adapter soldered on the board, the PS/2 will be presented to the OS as USB HID devices. So (assuming you have a working USB2 stack installed) you need an OS that knows what a HID device is, so Windows 98 onwards.
