So I just put this motherboard in a case found listing for everything but the hdd activity led. It list the pin location but not pinout. it's 4 pins on the mobo but my case is only the 2 pins. not sure what pins it should go to as I am sure not all pins are used but thought i would see if any one else knows.

Asus p55t2p4 PEntium 200, 48mb ram, Cirrus logic 5446 PCI, diamond monster voodoo 3d, ISA Asus vibra 16.
PCChips m321, am386 dx40, 4mb ram, trident 8900c ISA, Creative labs SB16 CT2230.
Ap43 Intel i486dx4-100 also have a amd am486dx2-66v16bcg.

nvmd got brave hooked it to pins 1 and 2 and it didn't work so tried switching it around on the same pins and now have hdd activity light on case
