Looks similar to one of my In-Win mid towers, same front and yellow "quick" mounts. It may not be an In-Win but sure looks similar.
Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

Not this one, but it put me on the right track. OPs case looks like an In Win C583

That plastic shroud on the side is even named on that page, as the Optional Vortex Air Duct. Info like that is easiest to get lost in time.
Brilliant thanks guys.
It was used in a industrial print works for something similar pantone colour matching system which was decommissioned before I started so the case was already a bit rough and very dusty.
I saved it as its a good looking case but sadly it was then stored in my lock up which gets damp during UK winters and that moist dust caused a bit of surface rust it seems.
With our move back to oz it's time to let it go. so going to try selling as a prebuilt XP machine with spare hardware I have (Asus P5KPL-AM, Ati Radeon HD3450, Some 2.5Ghz CPU)
