I have Microscience HH-725B MFM HDD.
Stason.org says it's 614/4/32 CHS and one sector=256 byte
With this chs the hdd recognized at bios as a 38MB HDD, but really it 19MB, and at low format the interleave is strangly same at all settings.
When i try with 614/4/16 the work good, and the size good.
What is 256byte sector?
Where can i it set up at bios?

I can see Cylinders: 612, Heads: 4.
In a PC, MFM pretty much equals 17 sectors/track, 512 Bytes each.
Indeed, other platforms may use 32 sectors * 256 Bytes, or some other layout - an MFM drive doesn't care, it's a pretty dumb device, simply records whatever the controller card provides.

Yes, 612 * 4 * 17 * 512 = 21307392 B = 21.3 MB = 20.3 MiB
