How do you get 12 volt power to your compact flash adapters? I'm looking at a Vectra I got and not many options as there is only 1 molex connector on the PSU. Is it fine to use an adapter like this one from Amazon?

It depends on what kind of connector your CF-IDE adapter has. I have some that use a standard molex connector, and some use the mini molex connector. In that case, you could use an adaptor like this one https://www.amazon.com/Kentek-Y-Splitter-Inte … r/dp/B07KS5SDZN
You could make it yourself too
CF adapters usually use +5v line, though. Those with a converter can convert down from those +5v to +3.3v (CF card standard), if a jumper is set.
A floppy - molex adapter cable does carry both +5v, +12v and 2x ground.
Those do fit most CF IDE adapter boards. Speaking under correction, of course.
