Confirmed. This is strange. NDIS2 means some kind of DOS driver.
Nothing you really want in Windows 95.

Please post a picture of your network card.
Then we can recommend whether you should try "Find new hardware".

Perhaps you post the contents of your autoexec.bat and config.sys too, so we can see if there is loaded a strange driver stack too...
