I have an AT keyboard that I plugged into an IBM XT (I wasn't thinking), now when I plug it into an AT computer it no longer works. Anyone have any ideas what to possibly test on the keyboard PCB or what part is likely to have fried?

I did that several times - never any problem.
No difference between XT and AT keyboard interfaces at the electrical level, the incompatibility is at the protocol level.
Must be just a coincidence, so general rules apply - I think first thing to check are capacitors...
