I've got this on the local market, I couldn't find any documentation about DIP switches settings.
It's currently on x3 multiplier, this is all I know.
It's a Winchip2 version, not a C6 (might not change anything though).
Does someone have the settings table?

Put it on socket without installing the processor and check the voltage with multimeter.
