I bought this FX 5700LE, but it is missing the fan. Does anyone have one of these and can provide a photo of the underside of the fan with the model number?

I know that I can measure the distance between the screws, but I would like to know what the original fan was.

I haven't been able to find a suitable replacement for this yet. The mounting points are odd in that they are not uniform between all three points.
