I've become a little intrigued by the idea of loading multiple Trackstar-like devices into one PC. I have found evidence of another such card which has a full MSX2 computer on a card and functions in a similar way, the PTC MSX PC by Philips, although I doubt I'll actually find one and be able to buy it.

Other than those 2 examples, are there any other devices like these, modern or otherwise, that allow a similar thing for other old computer platforms? Thinking C64, Atari ST, PC-88, stuff like that? Maybe even an older x86 platform?

Secondary question, I guess, would be if there are any obvious no-nos about having multiple of these in one machine. I was thinking an AT mobo with a Socket 7 and some PCI slots. Obviously I'd need to be able to adjust some things to get them to work (irq/dma), but other than that, does anything jump to mind?

(And to the obvious answer, yea, I can emulate, but this is way more fun + a bad idea which is why I wanna do it)
