[SOLVED] Windows 95 setup problem

I have an old Compaq Presario 7170, 100 MHz, 32 MB Ram, 500 GB HDD.
Windows 98 installs fine.
When running win 95 setup I always stuck at the same point (tried several versions of win95 - and they work in VM):

Any ideas?

I did follow the guide here in vogons page.

Edi1: I install windows from my hard drive which has only one FAT32 partition (tried also FAT16). Install files are copied from my laptop over IDE to USB adapter.

Try writing the ISO on a blank CD-R.

Yes, the problem seams to be transferring files from my laptop. Copying/running from CD worked.
