hello all, just wondering if anyone here has ever seen this issue before. i've got this 486 board that keeps resetting itself and spitting out the same beep code nonstop. i guess something has failed or has gone intermittent, but i'm not sure where to start, since i've never seen this problem before. any guesses as to what's going on?

changing CPUs does not make a difference. adding a VGA card does not make a difference. the board had a small amount of battery damage, but i have fixed the broken traces i found. not sure what else to do, any advice appreciated.

i've attached a video of the problem below.
