Today when I mounted the SSD in my Pentium4 I asked myself: why not get the fastest CPU for my system before some gold digger from Clondike destroys hundreds of CPUs for a few micrograms of gold? I noticed that the CPU is original at 1.6GHz, the socket is 478 and the bus seems to be only 400 from IBM PDF specifications. So the fastest CPU I can mount is the Pentium 4 at 2.6Ghz with a 400Mhz bus, am I right? tnks

" This cpu is not in our database so we won't allow you to use it hassle free "

Can you boot with bypassing by pressing F2?
