I'm looking for a USB card to purchase, I tried via 6202, but it only works on some computers, and it definitely doesn't work on my Intel Advanced/AS AT which doesn't have 3v, or ACPI, installing the driver will crash the computer, or it will crash during boot.

So I decided to look for NEC, I didn't have much luck, there aren't many in my country, and I don't want to import one because it would be stuck for 60 days for customs evaluation. I found this one, but it seemed very modern, despite the PCB design being 5v and 3v, and the seller states that it is compatible with Win 98, I would like to know if anyone has had any experience with this board

I also found older second-hand boards, with only two USB ports, they seemed more "compatible" because they were old, but they had OPTI and Ali chips. I wish it wasn't necessary for additional drivers to use the board.
