i can't find anywhere reliable info about the motherboard's chip from the title (searching for the replacement).
Or correct model of the replacement device, maybe? (link on the store, etc)?

What RTC chip does it currently have ? The manual says "Dallas RTC" and jumper S2 is for cmos clear so most likely a DS1287A or variant. The picture at The Retro web shows a Benchmark rtc which would be a bq3287A.
