Recently the Realtek High Definition Audio chip in my DG31PR has stopped working, however I have a Creative CT4740 PCI card and I was wondering if I can get it to work on my motherboard and Windows 10. And if this is possible, I would like to know what drivers I can use .

That card pooped out after XP, so it's a no-go, unless you can somehow get the generic Microsoft audio driver to work with it. The best thing for you to do is to simply get a newer PCI soundcard or fiddle with the Realtek to see if you can get it working again.

I can't think of what I could do to make the integrated sound of my DG31PR work and I have no experience fixing hardware, in my previous attempts I have only managed to turn other motherboards into horrible paperweights.
