Hello Vogoners,i have just installed a pair of Xeon MPs Gallatins 4mb l3 cache on a Compaq w6000 agp dual rambus mobo along with a radeon 3850 and i really enjoy it .I am having some problems though with a scsi hd model IC35L036UWD210 from the 73LZX family .My drive has the initial S5BS microcode on it and i saw there is a newer version called S5DE . I found a lot of info including the firmware but all the details are for the AIX enviroment and i would like to ask you if there is any kind of software running on DOS or Windows for upgrading the firmware on these ancient , yet SCSI hard drives.I have found DFT ver 4.16 but there is no firmware upgrade support.Thank you .
