Installed a Saitek P750 gamepad on my Win98 rig and noticed the framerates took a dive on Quake 1/2.
Quake 162fps to 58fps
Quake 2 93fps to 32 fps
I uninstalled it and seems to have fixed the issue. To test I reinstalled it but connected the gamepad to the
usb connection on the PCI usb card instead of the case and the slowdown didn't occur. Anyone have this
happen or have an idea what's going on?
System: P3 700mhz./256mb/ATI Radeon 64mb/80gb ssd/SB CT3670/Dx7/Win98SE/nusb36e - usb driver used.
