I know plenty of games support AWE32, but I could not find any games where you could choose AWE64 in sound options.
Do they exist at all?

I'm not aware of any games that specify the AWE64. And the AWE64 is really just an upgraded AWE32; it's all based on the same technology.
The AWE64 also came out at the dawn of Windows 95 where soundcard specific support was no longer becoming relevant.
