You need 2 1x6 3.96mm pin headers or 1 1x12 3.96mm header.

I know that, but there is no 1x12 header available anywhere, the only one I found was the 6pin Molex 366420001...

This one looks identical to what I had to desolder... Or if someone knows if it is possible to buy only the pins, since the plastics are ok, is the pins that are corroded and missing.

You just put two 1x6 next to each other...

You are correct, 36642-0001 is the official replacement part, declared as such from molex itself.
Don't worry about it coming in two pieces, it's perfectly fine. Most AT PSU connectors come in two pieces anyway (P8/P9 connectors)

What if I need only the pins of the male socket? Is there any valid source? I was looking through farnell, mouser and tme but cannot find only the pins. Also molex page does not show any info about those connectors anymore.

I would just desolder the power connector from an old broken unrepairable motherboard.
If you only need one piece, I can send it to you.

Well actually i do need only one, because got to repair a heavily damaged board... The electrolite ate away all the plating and solder from a big area around the power connector..
