It would help if you were a bit more explicit in your information. In your title you are asking for video ram, whereas what you need is MDRAM. You say you need MD908, but would MD909 also be suitable? They seem to be a lot more widely available.
Also shipping to where? For me this one would cost USD 3.79, so you're probably somewhere further away. It might help to state where you are.
