Thanks. I swear I read somewhere it was both AT and XT and you could switch to one or the other. I wish I could find the source where I read that...

Edit: Ok. I know where I read it... It's the FlyTech Carry I version:

This is a variant of the BTC 5100, with model number FT-7084. The pencil tray at the top is replaced with a series of grooves, and the keyboard is registered with the FCC under Flytech instead of BTC. Why don't you take the cover off and check? It might be as simple as a couple of dip switches, in which case you could set them.

On the other hand, it may not be serviceable that way and might have different internals depending on if it was built as AT or XT, but nothing is lost by checking.

Being the Flytech_Carry_I is auto detecting XT/AT and there is no visible switch port one can assume the standard BTC-5100 does not have the same internals as the Flytech.
Doubt you can make it XT/AT compat without replacing the internal kb controller with same in the Flytech if you want it auto detecting.
