Sorry never seen a schematic for any of those Compaq "all-in-one" but would guess it is the PSU, which most likely is a dual type for the motherboard and the crt.
Probably the capacitors and would be easy to spot the bad ones. Problem: the PSU could be a dual type for both motherboard and crt which be high voltage !!!
