Just a thought, might be off but, could it be that it WAS a spam account that was taken over by a legit user or, it was a legit account taken over by a spambot but was recovered and the rightful owner has yet to remove the spam signature? Because to a newb the control panel might be kinda confusing to navigate. idk, just a thought.

looks like those posts are already gone, so I can't say for sure... though if a post seems "on topic" but has spam links, sometimes it's simply copypasta of someone else from another thread, or from elsewhere on the interwebz. It's the advanced technique for those "special" spammers who go the extra mile.
