Looks more 2000-2003 "new millenium cheese" rather than futuristic 1980s, especially with that very Alex Denton-looking protagonist.
I hope that annoying fake scanline and fake composite bleed effect are optional - those are more annoying than stylistic. I avoided Sleeping Dogs because of it (despite that game having a jiang shi loaded DLC).
