if i were to try and design an electronic device and i'd need someone to make/populate the pcb for me, who would i turn to (in germany)? or in general is there such a service and what is it called(in order to google it)?

been there, checked price, went back home crying xD
a basic 300x450 pcb costs about the same as i earn monthly..
Electronics shops carry DIY kits to make PCBs yourself. (Real electronics shops that is.)
There are also perf boards intended for design development.
