Not sure if this is the right spot to post this. If it's wrong, feel free to move it to the correct spot. On my Packard Bell Pack-Mate 28 Plus, I have Windows 95C installed on a 2GB CF card that had Windows For Workgroups 3,.11 installed, however, as luck would have it, I backed up the old GRP files that Windows for Workgroups 3.11 used for every single game or program that's sorted in order by the exact company that produced the software or game. I opened up the old GRP files in Windows 95 and they're all in the Start Menu. However, I don't see a sort by name option when I right-click in the Start Menu under programs. In the Explorer program, it's all sorted out correctly. How do I fix that it will get the programs sorted out correctly? Is there a registry fix, or does that require a simple reset to get that to work?

I see the option in other Windows, such as Windows 98SE and XP, but not Windows 95. Windows 7 and 10 sort the programs/games by company name without manually doing that.

Yes. Might have to re-install that as well.

If I remember correctly it just shows the file order of the folder c:\windows\start.
Sort that in explorer and it'll be arranged in the start menu

Already sorted the items in File Explorer (does that automatically).
