I trying wanting to watch movies on XingMPEG player on my Windows 3.1 VM I made on PCem. The software opened fine. But when I was trying the "Test.mpg" file the video quality was chopy and not really smooth at all.

What should I do to fix this problem. I only turned off the Dynamic recomplier so my DOS games will play better when playing it from Windows 3.1 how I played them back when I was young.

It worked fine when I had the Winchip or Pentium set to 200 with the Dynamic recomplier on. But I want to watch my movies and play DOS from Windows 3.1 games on my PCem Windows 3.1/DOS VM.

If you know a trick whether if it's the emulator or inside Windows 3.1 to fix this problem I would like to know.

My windows 3.1/DOS host PC specs

Machine: Award 430VX PCI
Processor: Winchip 75mhz (Dynamic recompier off)
Soundcard: Soundblaster 16
Video card: Tseng ET4000AX
Memory: 256 MB
