Yes, it is Telekomando, part 2 to be more specific but i'm impressed it got solved here.^^
It is a free advertisement game from Telekom, a german phone company.
T-Mobile might ring a bell.

Ah, I knew I couldn't get the spelling correctly 😀 No seriously, I just got lucky having encountered it on this compilation. Apparently it really was a free game.

Well, I must admit I resisted the temptation of posting a completely unknown Greek game 😁 , so this is something I really enjoyed playing on my XT during the (very -hint) early 90's. ASCII-based with plenty of action, really enjoyable during the days when a compatible with a Hercules card was restricting your options.

Impressed! I really posted this game so that more people discover it, and it ends up that I'm the one discovering things about it 😀
I have it under the title "Hover Craft" (and HOVER.EXE), comparing the dates appearing in Mobygames screenshots "Islands of Danger" probably is the later title. Good catch!

You might find it interesting to know that Islands of Danger can still be purchased from the author's website, although it's now named Rescue and is part of a pack of games.

Someone here is bound to recognize this one:

As teenage boy I found both the Reversi and the "reward" parts appealing.
Please, forgive me for bringing an EGA adult game to the table.

Well. That was unexpected.
It appears to also have a CGA mode L O L

Awww, nobody? 🙁 I'll give it a couple of days and try something easier if there's still no winner...

Hint: it was written by a quite prolific shareware author, who later made a couple of other games based on the same (general) idea.
