Dishonored 2. 24 hours.

Would have been longer but I didn't ghost and I killed or knocked out guards and I knocked out all civilians. Also used the powers.

0 performance issues. 6700k, 32gb ram, Geforce 1080, 10 64bit, SSD, Gsync

Did have a crash issue when I tried to reload a saved game. Only fix was to reboot my computer. I usually hibernate instead of shutdown. Only had this occur once towards the end of the game.

Finally got around to finishing The Journeyman Project. Played the Pegasus Prime version from GOG.

The Turbo! version was bundled with my first PC back in 95 but never played all the way through. Decided to just sit down for a whole afternoon last week and plowed through it. Looking forward to going through Buried in Time!

Thief 2: The Metal Age. Really liked it, but Sabotage at Soulforge was kinda getting more annoying than clever. Next up is Deadly Shadows. (or if I were more masochistic, Invisible War?)

Either that, or I could try GMDX.

Good starter list.

I noticed it is missing a lot of Sierra Titles. A true PC gamer would have at least King's Quest 1 on it.
Look for these game series: King's Quest, Space Quest, Police Quest, Hero's Quest > Quest for Glory. There are some others like Man Hunter and more that went off the Quest suffix. Just find a catalog for Sierra games.

If you require FMV type try Phantasmagoria.

For the shooters try Star Trek Voyager Elite Force 1 and 2.

I am 28 years old and started my gaming addiction when my parents bought dune 2 for my brother in 1992
I will look into voyager though, loved the show. And I still remember him buying C&C which I followed up by buying blood & magic and Z (those were my first games I ever bought and still have them including boxes and working cd's after 22 years). later that same year. I played the cap out most of these games even today.

The first ST Voyager Elite Force 1 is the best. It even has the voices of the cast from the show!
Get the additional Expansion Pack as it has a fix for Jeri Ryan's 7 of 9 voice which wasn't in the original release but could be updated by downloading a speech pack.

Good taste... Dune 2 tempted you to PC gaming.

Another funny thing I have to write today - I have beaten the Hexen_1 now. It was one of the first game installed on my own first normal computer in 1996. But then I didnt finish it. Few weeks ago decided to play it as a mage... on the same computer, more than 20 years after...) Now I'll try the Hexen-II. Once I installed it on my AsusP3Bf, when PII-PIII machines were actual, but preffered the Dark Forces II then...

I used to play Dune-2 a lot on my pentium1/75 around 1995 or 1996 - for some reason I remember a comet was in the sky the days I Installed it on my computer). It was winter... I don't remeber the name of the comet, but it was seen clearly on the sky without any optical device and very noticaeble with a binocular.

Lucky you. I was playing it on a 486 33MHz but I think it handled it without issues but this game and Warcraft 2 kept me peeing in soup cans so I didn't leave the room. Comet? No idea. Haley's? That's all I can recall but that one comes around every 70+ years. I haven't seen one comet in the sky with or without visual enhancements. Either I missed them all, not visible from where I was, or I was busy.

I think it was the C/1996 B2 (Hyakutake) comet. ))) And about the computer - for Long time I dreamed of "normal" computer in my childhood. Many friends had yet XT's, AT and later - 486. Some had Spectrums, which was very popular in Ex-USSR. One friend even had an Amiga in 1993. Only we had an Amstrad PCW8512 - from 1988 to 1995 or 1996 when we ordered that pentium-1. I was told it was a dumb wordprocessor to have no games at all - though I had basic nad logo on it. As my father worked in the New York Times, Moscow Bureau from 1988 to 2016 - he decided not to buy noname chinise noname PC clone, but ordered a good computer from the USA. I don't know how it happened, it was some luck I think, but a machine he ordered was not "common" HP, Dell, Compaq or Olivetti, but a machine by Digital - Digital Starion 300i. Interesting I've seen alot of (and have 2 of them - ) Digital Venturis 575e machine that has almost the same motherboard and case, but different front panel - venturises have gorisontal lines and Starion 300i - vertical and looks much more cool...
