What were some of the hardest games to configure for having enough conventional memory? I remember Tie Fighter and Privateer needing specific amounts of either conventional or EMS.
What were some of the other problem childs? I need to "test" a DOS config.

Not sure why the Admin plopped it in the General Discussion area instead of the DOS area.
I think the consesus is anything that needs EMS, DOS Mouse driver, and a DOS CD-ROM driver.
The CD version of "DreamWeb" and SSI's "Dark Sun: Wake of the Ravager" seem to be prime candidates.
