Currently bidding for this game on ebay. I guess a game about strategic air warfare is quite interesting, not to mention the game is probably the only one of its kind. Moby Games review sounds positive, but that's not quite the case with HOTU review. So anyone ever played the game before? Is it worth it or not?

Never thought this thread would be that long, but now, for something different.....

Interesting, although the review doesn't seem to be too kind to the game:

In summary, the main problem with Navy Strike is that it’s neither an outstanding flight simulator or a strong command-level strategy game.

Have you played this game, by the way? Would you reccommend it better than Air Force Commander?

i havnt played air force commander
but i do own navy strike and to be honest it was too complex for me
when i bought it i thought it was a straight flight sim (im not a fan of tactical games or war games or rtsgames)

ps: the only other person ive met who owns navy strike absolutely loves it and still playes it to this day
