I found Second Conflict on a Microforum CD of "The World's Largest Collection Of Windows Software". I've seen mentioned that it's a sequel to Galactic Conflict. Both by Jerry Galloway. I've yet to find a full version of Second Conflict or any version of Galactic Conflict. Information on these games is appreciated.
