Butterscotch pudding has buggy PCI support and tends to become unstable when the front side multiplier is set too high, but I guess it's okay for some purposes.
Oh wait.

Please look below. 🤣
These last few days, i realized how i really like the sound of a loading 3.5inch floppy drive; there is something organic and palpable about the sound it makes when you are loading something from a 3.5 floppy. I dont know if its nostalgia or something but it gives me a reaction similar to creaking leather ( A sound I really really like ) There is nothing nostalgic about creaking leather, its the sound itself that for some reason feels pleasurable and soothing.
I think i need to install a floppy drive on my quad core ...
Computers still have floppy drive controllers?
I have a Socket 3 mobo without either a HDC or FDC, but 2 pci, 3 vlbs and a bunch of cache - it's designed for ISA-based SCSI controller cards. but too bad it can't run this.
leileilol I really like that L4D2 mod, I watched it yesterday when checking out your powerVR vid. The witch really made me laugh. =] Awesome work especially with the voice over stuff, is the uzi sound from Quake?

Or a USB floppy drive. Too bad those don't come in 2.88 meg versions 🙁
Yeah, I need to connect a USB 3.5" FDD to my i5 2500K system. Sigh.
But you can still here the same (albeit reduced) floppy read/write noise from this. Nothing can destroy our passions, it seems.🤣
So, folks, this is what happens - an unrelated and seemingly unimportant thread title contains "useful" informations when things go out of focus! 🤣
It's like a sniper who loses focus - instead of sniping the suspect across the block, the sniper "focuses" intently on an undressing babe, with the sunshine shining on her.... (woops, got carried away)... 🤣 🤣
(Not unlike the opening sequence in Leisure Suit Larry 3, though - the more correct you answer, the more you "see"!)
Just kidding folks. This is a Milliways thread, so, whack away! 😁
Man, making a Soundfont without a Sound Blaster is hard.

Well you had to know that when you make a thread with "No threadjacking" in the title that every post that follows will be a threadjack. 😁
once I get Counter-Strike on PowerVR PCX2 recorded, should I record de_dust? cs_militia? Playback a insane competitive demo, or attempt to play? Because I can only test 1.5.... 1.6 is steam, and steam is xp, and xp is pcx2 no worky...
I hate steam...
leileilol: de_dust for sure, with some deagle headshots and uber bhops.
p.s.
I like pie, you like pie?
Mod files are sexy.
Btw i actually did it and its not a fake one, Its loading something.
And that's how you turn common sense into backseat moderation 😁
