Windows 2000 Task manager messed up...

When I call up Task Manager on my Windows 2000 box, all I get is a box with a cpu usage graph and a box with two graphs labelled "cpu usage history".

No menus or anything. I can press escape to clear it but I cannot see how to get to the rest of task manager.

Does anyone know - is there any way to fix this?

Double-clicking any of the graphs toggles between what you see and the normal appearance (at least it does in Windows XP)...
