I'm going insane trying to remember the name of this game.
I used to play it on my MSX but I could have seen it on other home computers too.
You're a sticky man (an ultra skinny one), moving through rooms.
The screen scrolls vertically, horizontally and obliquely across the same room as our sticky man moves.
I remember his worst enemies were triangles in which all sides are different and in some rooms there are basins with some corrosive substance...

That picture also appears here: http://www.generation-msx.nl/library/italy/ma … wvideogamesmsx/ - see the scan for #8, centre right. Has game titles(?).

And from http://msx.altervista.org:

LATOB: Penguin, Puzzler, Icaro

Your image shows English text in-game, so I'm not sure what's up with those Italian titles (originals? translations?), but maybe it will ring a bell.

I found the name! It's called "Iligks Episode One - Theseus" or "ΙΛΙΓΞ Episode One: ΘΗΣΕΥΣ" or "テセウス" (Theseus). "Ilinx" means vertigo in ancient Greek (the protagonist can fly, maybe its because of that).
But I am still considering recording a .wav from the tape
