Good link. One blatant thing I noticed: if the Sierra Installer crashes, you can delete the SIERRA.INI file in your C:\WINDOWS or C:\WINNT directory to get it to run. (Sometimes you need to delete SIERRA.INI even if it HASN'T crashed.)
