That boxed V5 isn't going anywhere at that price. If a loose card goes for $150, the box and other accoutrements can't be worth more than another $50-$75 on top of that. If it was a Mac V5, then it might be worth a premium over the PC version.

More 3dfx insanity/plain stupidity or both?

A few months ago some guy was selling a bunch of those "new sealed" voodoo2 1000 PCI cards for very cheap and having trouble selling them, and now somebody pays ~600 for a pair? WTF dude?

I saw that $750 one and about died... 😵

Doubt it sells though - it'll either get re-listed or pulled I'd guess. There's a Quantum3D Raven that's been relisted a few times like that - price changes between $130 and $150 AU: http://www.ebay.com/itm/3dfx-Quantum-3d-Raven … =item35d619a31e

While we're talking about hilariously expensive graphics cards....

http://www.ebay.com/itm/ATI-Radeon-9800XT-256 … =item5661b8a73a (price seems almost pedestrian by contrast; I know they claim it's for a Mac, but iirc the G5 version of the 9800XT is AGP Pro, and don't say Sapphire on them).

For a second there, thought it was the same clown listing both those cards.

I'll see if I can drum up a listing I saw a while back for a Voodoo 5 5500 PCI. Asking price was over 500 bucks. Was total bullshit because I had just missed an auction for the same thing that went for 80 bucks.

Crimson Tide - EVGA 1000P2; ASUS Z10PE-D8 WS; 2x E5-2697 v3 14C 3.8 GHz on all cores (All core hack); 64GB Samsung DDR4-2133 ECC
EVGA 1080 Ti FTW3; EVGA 750 Ti SC; Sound Blaster Z

$199 plus $20 shipping for a small acrylic cube to house a Mac (Mac not included of course!) I dunno, maybe this is a good deal as I've never been in the market for small acrylic cubes to safely house my compact Mac though I get the feeling I could find a very similar former fish tank to serve the same purpose for $5.99 at goodwill

Let me call my fried who is an expert on small acrylic cubes to safely house compact Mac's 😀

Are they really that rare?

Also an Amstrad game for £10,000. . .

Unsold, can't think why. 😜 (I can see it's put down to £200 now. Clearly smelt the coffee soon after it went unsold the first time 🤣).

Sony rb40 system case.... $450.
Crazy considering that I have 3 of these cases from full vaio rb40 systems I bought for $10, $20, and free.
I get that it is in the box and basically new but mine were all in perfect shape when I bought them.
