Weak processor for a 775 system (why ever go single core in an LGA775? Specially for a Windows 8.1 machine! Just get a cheap Pentium D or Pentium Dual Core), crappy common graphics card that doesn't help youtube decoding (why not at least the also cheap and common 8400?), and a case that has such a big fan that it was obviously meant for a system with a more decent graphics card (or even SLI). This system isn't just expensive, it is also badly put together. It looks like this guy grabbed a bunch of spare parts, put together some random working machine and is trying to sell it for far more than it should.

It's probably one of those guys who buys a new game console or iPhone on the first day and then smashes it with a sledgehammer in front of the people still waiting in line.

Hahaha yeah seriously. Showed it to some friends of mine, lots of cringe 😁 funny how people here want so much for something I could build for $20.

Apparently "PERFECT CONDITION FOR ITS YEARS" means "scratched to shit". 🤣

Lol that's the same seller that's selling a Siemens tower for almost $5000. Which incidently is on sale now...14% off! Yay! better act on it quick before someone snatches it up 🤣.

Absolutely crazy. I thought it was funny that the computers are proudly displayed outside on the sellers nice green lawn 🤣.

The parts aren't that bad, but I got my AGP HD3850 cards for way under €20 each (one was a lot of 3 cards for a total of €25 and included some 6600GT and one other not-so-bad VGA card) so that one being rare isn't true at all, there always seemed to be 2 or more for sale here in The Netherlands continuously and even ones with a minimum bid of €25 just aren't getting sold.

Yep, the parts themselves are pretty good, but not €999 good! 😵

I got my P4P800-E Deluxe mobo for €19 delivered (granted, it has no packaging, but that's not gonna bump the price up to a grand!). A P4 EE probably wouldn't be any more than €100.

And the seller has the audacity to say "unrealistische Preisvorschläge könnt ihr Euch daher gleich sparen" ("you can keep unrealistic offers to yourself!"). 🤣 That made me laugh hard.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/172079295074 -- $1000 AUD!!!!

Now, for an original 128k Mac (which is possibly what the seller believes they have) with all the accessories in good working condition, maybe. Conceivably. Still a bit steep but whatever, you'd make an offer.

For a grubby Mac Classic, arguably the least desirable compact 68k Mac? LOOOOOOOL
