The way I see it, MegaUpload got busted and whether they actually were doing illegal hosting or whatever they sue Mr. The-Most-Ridiculous-Selfmade-Surname-formerly-Known-Schmitz Dotcom for. Then Multiupload got scared and went undercover... The site closing down is not because companies went after them for uploading and linking to copyrighted music. Nope, the site is closing down because their free hosting ride went bust and they don't want to upload the files again and/or are afraid or too cheap to host the files themselves...

Nice move attaching copyrighted material here. You should know better than making Vogons a host for such files.

This probably serves as a good reminder for vogons members never to host any game, benchmark, or other material which has a copyright restricting such activity with out permission from the author or relevant administrative body. There may be grey areas here, so use good judgement, and when in doubt, do not upload.
