IMHO Quake content is not very imaginative on itself. The rooms have no apparent purpose or furniture, all is gray and brownish. Duke Nukem 3D, and especially Shadow Warrior had much more interestinq worlds to wander around.

These days certain things have a commercial nag, like DLCs. I find it typical that prize contests are now so tricky. In the past, when I was a boy: send in a drawing and win a prize. These days you better not participate in order to avoid undesired subscriptions.
