Hello people, I need to know a reference price for this card.
What would a fair price be?:
Ultrasound Max rev1.8 + all original manuals, Drivers in floppy disk, (no original packaging).
60,70$ ?

Don't know what would be a fair price, sorry. But it's a great card, I wouldn't sell it!
To be honest and don't think the sound is all that great.
I much preffer the versatility of the SB16 + XR385 Daughter card and maybe in a future buy a MT-32, just to complete compatibilty with most games. I think that the Roland Sound Canvas would not be needed as General Midi can be achieved with the XR385 IMO.
+ I love the sounds of the XR385
I've been comparing Doom for example. The XR385 sounds much better than the GUS Max IMO.
Mt-32 Emulation in the GUS I dind't like that much. I mean yes, is ok, but I would prefer to exchange the card for a Mt-32.
Try playing some Epic Pinball or One Must Fall 2097 on that Gravis and compare 😀.
It sounds far better than other soundcards.
