Doubt it's very fast
Probably runs about as fast as trying to boot OS X on an 040 Mac running the Debian port of PearPC.
It's not actually running on there. That's Desqview/X, a DOS based environment that supports the X windowing system, so it's just running it from an remote X session on another system.

To me, the idea of running emulators from within emulators from within emulators etc. is analogous to that episode of Star Trek TNG where Professor Moriarty comes back and traps Data and Picard in the Holodeck, where they end up creating a Holodeck simulation within the Holodeck simulation in order to find a way out.
Bury yourself in enough layers of reality and you could lose track of just how deep you are. :P

It'll probably run fine in Bochs as well, I reckon (though not very fast).
