Greetings, hoping someone here has a better memory then me, when I was wee little lad, I use to play a game, it was a windows game CD-ROM (I think) the time frame was sometime from 95 -97. It was about the ocean and under the sea type of education learning kids game. You click around under the sea and stuff.

Undersea Adventure, maybe? I could swear there was a Magic School Bus game about oceans as well.
Negative on Undersea Adventure, it's less education then that title and had better graphics. I vividly remember a ship or ship wreck scene
