The technology seems to be based around attaching a camera in front of the user on a harness. This would prove very useful for adding more natural expressions and a range of emotions to the voice acting, but there will be some issues. Who would want to wear such a contraption, at least in its fairly bulky form? Voice acting will become harder now that the actor will have to control his facial expressions as well as his voice. It will also mean the actor will have more difficulty reading his lines from a script.

There's a funny fact on the matter. As a special order from police, a russian company called "KTB" "developped" a camera that finds terrorists in the crowd by reading their facial expression. The thing looks strangely similar to Kinect 😁

The most hilarious thing is, Kinect does not have the resolution to work with facial expressions (I never owned one, that's what people say). The thing is definitely fake, and the contract probably had a lot of 7-digit numbers.
