Its an remake, probably of Media Vision. Similar to mine remake of Sound Blaster 1350.

By remake you mean a clone?

AV300 card
Ace: It's a slightly modified Audio Excel AV300. This sound card is a clone of the SoundBlaster Pro 1.0 complete with dual OPL2, however, the digital audio on the left side is COMPLETELY screwed up and no matter what I do, I can't fix it. So I simply sent the right audio channel to both the left and right audio outputs. Now, it's a SoundBlaster 2.0 clone. Not that I care as I just wanted any sound card with OPL2 in this computer(and the AV300 is the only sound card I have with OPL2).
Could be audio excel, also sold by zoltrix:
ZOLTRIX Audio Performer, 8 bit stereo, PCB-ID: AV300.
